Make your guests and prospects feel like VIPs! Each exhibitor receives SIX (6) free Guest Tickets per exhibit space. Hand these out to your best customers and they can use them to get in to the show at no cost to them or you.
- Additional Guest Tickets may also be purchased for $7 (that's less than half price!) prior to the show. Order on the Exhibitor Detail Form by August 1.
Confirmed exhibitors receive FIVE (5) free badges/credentials for every unit of space rented. Badges must be worn at all times when exhibitors are on show grounds. Additional badges for your exhibit staff are available for purchase: $5 each. Order on the Exhibitor Detail Form by August 1.
Insurance:
Liability insurance is REQUIRED for all exhibitors. In all cases Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors must be listed as an ADDITIONAL INSURED for the dates of August 7-11, 2025.

SALES AND USE TAX:
We are required to supply the State of Maine with the names and addresses of all exhibitors. If you sell items at the show, you must collect and pay Maine sales, use, and withholding taxes. If you have not done so, please apply to the State of Maine for a sales and use tax number. Once you have the number please email it to Laura Borchert, Show Manager: showinfo@maineboats.com
