Forget what some rodent from Pennsylvania might have to say, two items in our inbox this week point to warmer times ahead.
First, Lyman-Morse, sponsor of the Camden Classics Cup, has announced registration for the midcoast regatta will open on Feb. 21.
Festivities include two days of racing on Penobscot Bay, July 23-25, a free youth regatta, a Parade of Sail, and a boatload of waterfront activities. This year the Cup clelebrates its 10th anniversary. To register for racing, click here.
Next up, the Maine Outsider enews notes that camping registrations for Maine State Parks opens February 5th. You can use the state’s Campground Reservations Center to reserve camping sites for groups of six or fewer people in the parks.
