Born during March 2023 in Houston, Texas, Bailey has adapted well to East Coast life. A rescue from Texas Muttley Love Rescue and Happy Trails Transport, she now patrols the shop pier at Howard Boats in Barnstable, Massachusetts, jumping on and off all kinds of different boats. She especially loves sailing in her people’s Alerion Express 20 because she can get out of the sun by going under the deck, and can walk around the back of the cockpit during tacks. She’s handy as crew and reportedly is an expert on sail shape for Alerion Yachts. Bailey is learning to swim, but she is a bit of a princess and still prefers to be held when in the water. It must be those Texas genes!
