Zoe Weil is an author, educator, and president of the Institute for Humane Education, which teaches people to create a world where people, animals, and nature can thrive. Zoe’s love of nature and animals leads her to mountains, bogs, forests, meadows, and tidepools to explore and capture images to share with the world. She believes that we tend to protect who and what we love, so she works to help people fall in love with Maine and its myriad life forms through her photos. She has been fascinated by jellyfish ever since she was a child, and can often be found on her paddleboard trying to photograph and videotape them.
