Forms and downloads to help you prepare for the Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors show.
Insurance:
Liability insurance is REQUIRED for all exhibitors, so we want to make it easy for you to obtain!
For exhibitors who have their own insurance:
Two sample certificates containing the necessary information to be included on your certificate are available for you to download and send to your insurance company. In all cases Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors, Inc must be listed as an additional insured for the dates of August 12-16, 2010.

For exhibitors who need short-term liability insurance:
K&K Insurance provides short-term liability insurance for events for businesses that don’t have their own (land and booth exhibitors only). This information is provided by K&K. If you are interested you should call them directly to discuss. They are very familiar with our show.

Guest/VIP Pass Request:
Make your guests and prospects feel like VIPs!
Distribute all the tickets you want—pay only for those that are actually used.

Credential Request:
Exhibitors receive three free credentials for every unit of space rented. Additional credentials for your exhibit staff are available for $5 each.

Guest List (optional)
If you would like to provide us with a list of customers who are authorized to receive a guest/VIP pass, email us a list. Deadline: July 15.
Exhibitor Media Information Request:
Help us promote the show with highlights of your business and products. Let us know what you will be bringing to exhibit that is special so that we can get the word out.
SALES AND USE TAX:
We are required to supply the State of Maine with the names and addresses of all exhibitors. If you sell items at the show, you must collect and pay Maine sales, use, and withholding taxes. If you have not done so, please apply to the State of Maine for a sales and use tax number. Once you have the number please email it to Leila Murphy, leila@maineboats.com
