The mission of Richard Higgins Architects, Inc., a full-service, midcoast architectural firm, is to translate the client’s needs into a successful built form, on budget, and on time, while simultaneously creating professional and enjoyable relationships with the owner, project team, and contractor.

Our experience is comprehensive: from producing design analysis for renovations of existing buildings or new construction projects to providing clients with reports, budgets, architectural documentation, and construction administration on project types ranging from single family homes to historic theater renovations.
